Horse Welfare Forum – Question 2 – Training in the developing world

The role of working horses in the developing world is vital to the survival of the human population. In many countries the level of veterinary knowledge is often a major limiting factor. How can we help to train more vets and technicians to improve the welfare of working horses and the humans who rely on them?
