Katie Price (Jordan) at the Horse of the Year Show

Published on 30 Oct ’08 by in Dressage Video

Katie Price is a glamour model known as Jordan. She was refused entry to the Cartier International Polo Event this summer, even though she had reserved a £5000 table. She was furious as she claimed The Establishment had snubbed her. Indeed they had, maybe it was something to do with her previous work (see below).

Jordan is launching a range of pink, sparkly equestrian wear for girls and hopes to compete at the Olympics. She wants to be taken seriously. So much so, that she did a special "Masterclass" at the Birmingham NEC "Horse of the Year Show". Take a look at the video and let us know what you think about her standard.

She is an embarrassment to the dressage industry!!!

AHAHAHAA!!! Well, though it looks as if she’s improved a bit since the video I saw of her first test… Yikes! Olympics 2012, here she comes, HAHAHA!

Yeah, she should consider doing the sitting trot without her shadbelly on… That’d definitely up male attendance at dressage shows = )

Also, let me just say, that horse is worth 10x whatever they paid for him (and I know that it was significant). What a SAINT!!!

God, those hands on a full bridle! She still does has the water fountain look to her reins (leather spouting up past her thumbs and all over the place) because she has no idea how to use them. Looked like she had quite the death grip going. Maybe her trainer painted little pink lines on the reins for where she was supposed to keep her hands = )

well……looks like all the other would be if they could be’s to me-lots of money and no idea, only focused on the glamour, not a care for the horse. Very Shallow!

Its a shame that people encourage this by clapping and rewarding this kind of aggrivated cruelty.

Horse riding has always been an elitist sport and given the mean comments said above i can see the type of people who keep it that way! If was anyone other than katie Price you’d have given fair critisism e.g Lord and Lady Muck esq. get rid of people like you out of the industry and perhaps some genuine people can bring it to life again!
