For those of you who don’t know, Matt Williams Olympic ride Leconte 6, is now being ridden by Germany’s Marcus Ehning. After the Olympics Matt received a fantastic offer to ride in the UK, which meant he could not take Leconte with him. Marcus Ehning has the ride and judging by this video, there are some special things to come.
It’s a great feather in Matts cap that the horse looks so rideable and scopey, as apparetly, Leconte was very difficult when Matt first took the ride. The horse looks anything but now, and shows what a great job Matt did.
Check it out, it’s poetry in motion. Rumour has it Marcus may even think of taking it to the World Cup Final.
