With around 600 day to go to the 2010 Kentucky World Equestrian Games, eve
nt organisers have released a newupdated website with a plethora of new information including scheduling, ticketing, and media.
The full schedule can be found here.
As far as ticketing goes, they are not for sale yet, but this is what the oranisers have said so far:
“The 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games is excited to be able to offer tickets to a wide range of events, with sales beginning on September 25, 2009.
At that time you will be able to purchase tickets to individual sessions of all eight disciplines. A General Admissions ticket, allowing entry into the Kentucky Horse Park for the day of purchase, will also be available. The Games are 16 days long and we are excited about the many opportunities available to enjoy this event.
Our hope is to give as many people as possible the chance to attend the Games. We want the atmosphere of the Games to show that Kentucky loves horses and is excited and enthusiastic about hosting the Games for the first time in the United States.
In the months to follow you will be able to use our competition schedule to plan your exciting trip to the Games. In the upcoming months we will also post the final prices for all sessions.
Please keep checking the feigames2010.org web site for ticketing information including pricing, session and dates in the months to come.”

Thanks for the link. I hope to be there. I was at the last one in Aachen and it was incredible. After I missed the 2002 one in Spain, I said I’d never miss another one. It’s the first time it’s going to be staged outside of Europe. Next one in 2014 should be in Asia.
